The Chinese Zodiac--Pig

The Pig is the twelfth and final animal in the Chinese Zodiac. It is also often translated as Boar. In Chinese culture, the boar is associated with fertility and consequently it is considered lucky to have a child during the year of the Pig because the child will be happy and honest. Although in Western Culture the Pig has negative connotations, in China it is considered to be smart, and strong.
